Professor Tom Huston has been awarded the 2008 President’s Outstanding Adjunct Faculty Award

Professor Tom Huston has been awarded the 2008 President’s Outstanding Adjunct Faculty Award at the University  of Cincinnati.  This award honors two exceptional adjunct faculty members at UC, and we are proud to announce Dr. Tom Huston as one of the recipients.

Dr. Huston has continually served as an adjunct faculty since 1980 not only in ME but throughout the College  of Engineering.  During this period, he has taught over 210 engineering courses, about 25 courses in the College of Applied Sciences and over 120 courses in the former College of Evening and Continuing Education.  Dr. Tom Huston has consistently received outstanding course evaluations and comments praising him for his dedication, passion and quality of teaching.

Dr. Huston’s outstanding service to the University of Cincinnati will be formally recognized at the next University’s Faculty Awards ceremony at 3pm on Tuesday, May 13th in the Great Hall, Tangeman University Center.  The ceremony, sponsored by the Office of the President and the Faculty Senate, will be followed by a reception.
